Every hat we make falls into one of a few styles. Snapbacks close with a plastic snap that clicks to your size. Dad hats are softer and close with a metal grommet strap. Trucker hats swap the back panel for breathable mesh. Golf hats like the St. John's add a perforated back for hot rounds. Not sure which one suits you? Adjustable hats that fit most heads

Every Vacation Darts cap is adjustable and fits heads up to 60 cm, so big heads are welcome here. If you want to be sure before you order, here's how to measure your head for a hat at home. It takes about two minutes and a piece of string.

Pick three, pay for two

Every hat is designed in Vancouver and made in small batches, never print on demand, so the stitching holds up long after the tan fades. Most people don't stop at one, which is why we built the hat pack. Pick any three caps and you only pay for two. One for you, one for the trip, and one for the friend who keeps borrowing yours.
